For the first time, I wanted to avail faisal movers daewoo bus service from Islamabad to Lahore. But i was astonished at the behavior of booking staff. I kept on calling for almost 7-8 times on the universal number of Faisal Movers but nobody attended the phone call. So i have decided again to avail Sammi Daewoo bus servise as they are more responsible in this regard and have got good helping staff and good behavior.

مورخہ 25-02-2013 بروز پیر میں
نے یتیم خانہ چوک سے رات 8:30 شام فیصل موورز کی بس نمبر7297 سے بہاول پور
کے لیے سیٹ نمبر19 پر بہ عوض 800 روپے سفر کیا۔ بہول پور سے 15 کلومیٹر
پہلے لودھراں سپر چوک پر صبح 3 بجے(جہاں سے فیصل موورز باقاعدگی سے سواریاں
اٹھاتی اور اتارتی بھی ہے) پہنچ کر ڈرائیور سے اتارنے کو کہا۔ میرے ساتھ
دو سواریاں اور تھیں جو وہیں سے سوار ہوئیں تھیں۔ وہ دکاندار تھے اور ان کے
ساتھ سامان بھی تھا اور وہ کنڈکٹر سے باقاعدہ پوچھ کر کہ لودھراں سٹاپ ہو
گا ،بیٹھے تھے۔ ڈرائیور نے بس روکنے سے انکار کیا۔ اس کے ساتھ ایک نسبتاً
موٹا،سر پر رومال باندھے ،داڑھی والا چیکر بھی تھا۔ اصرار کے باوجود اس نے
بس نہ روکی اور سواریوں کے خفا ہونے پر باقاعدہ گالم گلوچ کی۔ سواریوں پر
ہاتھ اٹھانے کی کوشش کی اور ہاتھا پائی کی۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ جہاں کا ٹکٹ
ہے،بس وہیں رکے گی۔ بہاول پور پہنچ کر مینیجر سے شکایت کی ۔اس نے ڈرائیور
کو بلا کر پوچھا۔ تاہم ڈرائیور نے وہی بات کی ۔ اس دوران نہ تو معذرت کی
گئی اور نہ ہی صبح 3 بجے لودھراں واپسی کے لیے کوئی کرایہ دیا۔ وہاں موجود
دیگر عملہ بھی ان کے ساتھ مل کر سواریوں کو زدوکوب کرنے پر آمادہ تھا۔

اس بدتمیزی پر دیگر مسافروں نے ان کو برا بھلا کہا تاہم بے فائدہ ۔ میں بہ
طور مسافر اپنے ساتھ اور دگر سواریوں سے اس بدتمیزی پر انتہائی ڈپریس ہوں
اور مطالبہ کرتا ہوں کہ اس بس کے عملے کے خلاف کارروائی کی جائے اور اس
بدتمیزی کا زالہ کر کے اطلاع دی جائے ،ورنہ کم از کم میں آئندہ فیصل موورز
سے کبھی،کہیں سفر کرنے کی کوشش نہیں کروں گا۔

Please arrange advance booking facility for passengers travelling between Lahore and Rawalpindi. I know you will reply that this system exists but it is not actually working. Your management will have to work on the management side, like time of departure and behavior of staff at counter.

Hope not to receive any response, since we Pakistanis feel insult to admit our faults and don't want to improve ourselves.

We mostly travel in your company buses from RYK to BWP,
Lahore and other cities in routine. We are facing problems at your booking
counter at RYK terminal. Specially after joining a new staff girl, I think name
Rida noor, some time she replies that she has no money exchange, once by
mistake my wife handed over a big amount to her and she promised with my wife
that she will returned money back to my wife at our next visit to Faisal Mover.

Sir,

It’s totally wrong to
beg from some one during duty at Faisal mover booking counter and force some
one to help her by saying that she is very poor.

We sent its complaint at your complete center Multan but she
did not returned back our money. I am requesting you again to take a serious
action against this type of people in your well reputed company.

We need no money now, leave our amount but please change her
duty from this booking counter to any other place, otherwise its very much
difficult for us to face her again during booking.

i would like to request management of faisal movers that kindly kindly start again service from multan to sargodha. there is lot of potential in that are regarding business. you can watch postion of shalimar bus service, who is the sole player in that area. their buses and particularly staff is very ill mannered. their buses are also very bad. In sargoedha university, lot of people are form jhang, multan and bahawalpur. kindly do a favour for starting bus service again form sargodha to multan.

My request is that plz start new route Multan to Sargodha. because in sargodha university mostly staff belongs to Multan and Bhawalpur, only one service is moving on this route is shalimar bus service.this service is very bad and their behavour with the passanger are very rough. i traveled last time in Faisal Movers bus FaisalAbad to Multan. i specially went to faisal abad for travel from faisalabad to Multan i found it very pleasant and safe journey. the attitude of bus staff was so good. i strongly request you from all the staff members and students that please start your bus service Multan to sargodha. my opinion that which buses going to Rawalpindi from Multan, it can be stop in sargodha because the distance or rawalpindi via sargodha is short nearabout 100 km. because your buses going to Rawalpindi via Jhang ,Chiniot then reached Yousaf interchange, but if this route moved on sargodha you can reach Bhalwal(Salam intercahnge).

In sargodha the terminal of Kohistan Bus service already constructed you can use this terminal which is situated 47 ada near Dawoo bus stand.so please think about and relief us, we wants same service in sargodha like faisalabad to Multan.

Dears,

I got an opportunity to travel by Faisal Movers on 13th Oct. 2012. I booked two seats from Rawalpindi to Sahiwal at 10:00 pm scheduled bus. Ticket was also issued for Sahiwal and some passengers were suppose to go Multan and they were issued ticket for Multan as well.

It was announced a few minutes before the departure that bus from Rawalpindi to Multan via Lahore / Sahiwal is ready for departure, which meant that it is direct service for Multan. We arrived Lahore and came to know that we have to change the bus at Lahore Terminal.

I have a few questions;

1. Why we were cheated by not informing us before that this bus is only valid till Lahore.

2. Lahore Terminal Staff was suppose to co-operate with passengers but they said we can not do any thing it Rawalpindi people who created mess for you, so talk to them.

3. We got an other Faisal Movers for Sahiwal and I left my complaint through your Complaint No. 1686 but it is almost a week gone but no follow-up or feed back from your Complaint Cell.

I will just suggest you to look into the complaint properly like rather than ignoring them.
